Cameron J. Foster joined Antoniolli, Cerny & Winthers, P.C. in 2025, focusing his practice on estate planning, probate and trust administration, and residential real estate transactions.
Early on in law school, Cam took an interest in Estate Planning. It stood out as one of the few practice areas involving a selfless act — clients spend real time and care putting a plan in place for a future they won’t be around to see. He works with individuals and families to think clearly about what they want for the people they love, and turns that thinking into a plan that holds up when it’s needed most.
That same interest extended naturally into probate and trust administration. When someone dies, their family is often navigating an unfamiliar legal process while already under strain. Cam brings order to it — handling the details, explaining what’s ahead, and helping families move through administration without adding to the weight they’re already carrying.
On the residential real estate side, Cam enjoys working with everyday people going through a major and oftentimes exciting life change. A closing can be stressful even in the best circumstances, and there’s real satisfaction in putting clients at ease and getting them across the finish line.
Cam and his wife, Grace, have lived most of their lives in and around the City of Wheaton. They enjoy living in the community where they were raised among their ever-growing extended family. Both are members of Christ Covenant Church of Chicago.
